This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website to browse, place orders, or request brochures and other information from Mercury and AGA Rangemaster via ( our site ), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

is a site operated by AGA Rangemaster Limited, part of AGA Rangemaster Group Plc, ("AGA Rangemaster", "we", or "us"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 03872754 and have our registered office at Juno Drive , Leamington Spa, Warwickshire , CV31 3RG .

Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Uploading material to our site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.

By submitting any content to AGA Rangemaster, you represent and warrant that:

All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content on our websites that we deem, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these terms of use. We do not guarantee that you will have any recourse through AGA Rangemaster to edit or delete any content you have submitted.

Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, we reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not AGA Rangemaster, are responsible for the contents of your submission.

None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of AGA Rangemaster, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that AGA Rangemaster and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.

Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. AGA, Rayburn, Rangemaster, Falcon, Mercury, Fired Earth and Divertimenti are UK registered trade marks of the AGA Rangemaster Group, and are the principal trade marks among a much larger number of nationally and internationally registered trade marks.

Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
